amazing villa stay!
friendly staff yummy breakfast complimentary tea
We stayed in the three bedroom villa, recently built this year. it was maintained well and very new. a big pool and a butler served us and all the staff was friendly. breakfast was very yummy and the room service too. the villa offered a complimentary afternoon tea. It was very delicious. we also attended a farm walk, kids hat painting, complimentary photography, and a couple spa session.

the villa had modern decor and plenty of space for our family. the bathroom was equipped with a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. fresh towels were provided daily.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and always greeted us with a smile. They quickly responded to any requests we made. we had complimentary shuttle service three times a day! though the service was helpful.

Acceptable , yet with issues
poor soundproofing remote location
The breakfast was varied and employed fresh ingredients.
Soundproofing between rooms needs improvement. I heard conversations and television sounds from the adjacent room quite clearly. This lack of privacy affected sleep quality negatively. The hotel's location is remote from Ubud Central. This complicated transportation.
